There were two other people who had work done in our neighborhood by Lowell, and as soon as we saw their porches, I said to my wife, ‘This is it, we’ve got to get it done.’ Now we have a beautiful enclosed screen porch and we enjoy it everyday. It’s an addition to the house that makes it even more beautiful. Lowell is excellent. He did this project in three weeks during the winter. It was unbelievable. I don’t know he did it in the cold. But everything he said he would do, he did. Everything he said it would be, it was. It was on time. Everything was coordinated the right way so no one was inconvenienced. He is a complete professional. They were here every day, about four or five workers. You could set your clock by them every morning. Lowell is a great contractor. You don’t find many contractors like that. If I had any problem, he came right away. There were a few minor things and he took care of them.
